Forest Hill Montessori School’s North Toronto Campus at 585 Cranbrooke Avenue
This past summer brought about some important and unexpected changes. We were informed by our new landlord and construction company that due to unforeseen structural challenges during a recent phase of construction of the new building, there would be a delay in our occupancy. Due to this delay occupancy cannot take place until at least January 2014 in the new space.
As with any new construction, there was always a chance that something like this might happen. Fortunately we were able to open another campus in September as planned, but our program is now running at 585 Cranbrooke Avenue at Bathurst and Lawrence, right across the street from our North Toronto Campus. The building at 585 Cranbrooke Ave. is ours exclusively and is a beautiful space, with several bright and lovely classrooms for our Toddler, Primary and Elementary Programs. It is situated on a quiet, dead end street, has a lovely fenced in playground, a large bright gym, and is located right next door to a beautiful park complete with two wonderful playgrounds.
Despite this unexpected change of events we are confident that you will find our temporary home at 585 Cranbrooke Avenue a wonderful and welcoming environment for your child’s school experience. We were busy all summer painting, renovating the playground, and decorating the classrooms so that the school was ready to welcome its new students in September 2013.
